Timbering, stucco, brick, stone, and cedar siding create the traditional details similar to houses around the lake. The rear of the house contains large windows in the family and breakfast room for full views of the lake and the country club.
The boathouse is a small version of the main house at Lake Mohawk, New Jersey. Similar details are provided that emulates the house. Above the boat storage is screened porch that overlooks the lake.
